What is fractional CPO support?  

Hiring a full-time CPO isn’t always practical, or affordable for SMES, but expert leadership is still essential. My Fractional CPO Services deliver senior people and culture expertise when you need it, without the long-term commitment or huge salary cost, and for the number of hours per month you actually need someone for.  I operate as an extension of your SLT/ELT on a part time/flexible basis.

I have an HR team, how would I benefit?

Many HR resources in SMEs are typically junior or intermediate in their career, and can be really effective at managing the operational side of your people operations.  This fractional CPO service can supplement your internal team by filling the people strategy gap, coaching for your leaders as well as development for your internal HR team.

What does the process look like?

1. Initial clarity call - to understand your current business landscape, challenges and goals

2. I will develop a tailored recommendation for your business.  This will include the functions I would support you with, and the minimum number of hours per month this would entail.

3. You decide if this is right for your business, if it is, we can get started pretty quickly.

Some nitty gritty - this service is from 8 hours per month ($2,000+gst), minimum 3 month commitment, one month notice to cancel the package.

Depending on your location, this service will be conducted remotely, at your site, or a hybrid approach.  Your preference will be discussed in the initial clarity call.
