Foundational Leadership Program
The shift from being a top performer to leading the team is one of the toughest transitions in business. This 12-month program is designed to give participants the fundamental mindset, self-awareness, and essential skills needed to lead others with authenticity and impact. Participants will transform from a manager of tasks into an inspiring, people-focused leader.
Leadership feedback
360 surveys will be conducted at the start and end of the program to gain real feedback to aid in development, and track how far the participants come in their development
10x monthly workshops
Small group live virtually facilitated workshops that fit into your packed leadership schedule
Monthly one on one coaching
